Gernex Pest Control provides subscription-based recurring pest control services. Recurring services are billed according to the customer's service agreement and selected billing schedule.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle cancelation requests must be submitted before the first day of the upcoming month. Cancellation requests made on or after the first day of the month may still be billed for that month.

Customers may cancel service at any time prior to the end of their agreement term without an early termination fee.

No refunds will be provided after services have been completed. If you have a concern about your service, please contact Gernex Pest Control promptly so that the issue can be reviewed and addressed.
